How can we keep it from Spreading
At the moment, we are being told to stay at home so we can stop the disease from spreading. We are not allowed to gather in groups and can only leave the house for daily exercise and "essential" things like food shopping or getting medicine.
It is also very important we Wash our Hands often. By removing the germs from our hands we can help stop the spread of the illness.
What to do if you are worried
Feeling worried is normal. Don't bottle up your feelings. Talk to an adult you trust about how you feel.
If you are not attending school and don't feel safe at home, you can contact Childline on 0800 1111 for help and advice.
In an emergency, always call the police on 999.
